Orapuh College of Scholars (OCS) is a vibrant postgraduate institution that serves as a hub for oral and public health professionals committed to advancing scholarship and contributing meaningfully to global health discourse. 


Governance and Structure

OCS is guided by a robust governance structure, ensuring that its academic and administrative functions are carried out efficiently. The College is overseen by the Oversight and Academic Board (OAB), which provides strategic direction and upholds academic standards. The day-to-day operations are managed by the OCS Leadership Team, comprising key roles:

  1. The President – Provides overall leadership and vision for the College.
  2. Registrar – Manages academic affairs, admissions, and student records.
  3. Divisional Directors – Lead the Division of Oral Health and the Division of Public Health, respectively, ensuring that each division operates effectively and achieves its academic goals.
  4. Chief Fellow (CF)/Secretary – Serves as the principal link between the Fellows and the Leadership Team, while also handling administrative duties.
  5. Finance & Public Relations Officer (FPRO) – Oversees financial management and promotes the College’s activities and achievements.

The College is divided into two distinct divisions that reflect its core areas of focus:

  1. Division of Oral Health – Dedicated to advancing knowledge and practice in oral health, this division supports research and scholarship that addresses critical issues in dentistry and related fields.
  2. Division of Public Health – Focused on improving public health outcomes, this division promotes interdisciplinary research and policy development to tackle global health challenges.
