OCS is guided by a robust governance structure, ensuring its academic and administrative functions are carried out efficiently. The College is overseen by the Oversight and Academic Board (OAB), which provides strategic direction and upholds academic standards. The day-to-day operations are managed by the OCS Leadership Team, comprising key roles:
The President – Provides overall leadership and vision for the College.
Chief Fellow (CF) – Serves as the principal administrator.
Registry Unit – Manages academic affairs, admissions, and student records.
