The Orapuh Oversight and Academic Board (OAB) is the supreme advisory and regulatory body of Orapuh. It provides institutional oversight, ensures academic integrity, and supports the continuous quality improvement of all programmes, services, and initiatives across the organisation.
Operating independently of day-to-day management, the OAB plays a vital role in shaping policy, safeguarding ethical standards, and guiding Orapuh’s strategic trajectory.

Reviews and approves educational programmes, academic standards, and curricula. -

Advises on organisational direction, structure, and institutional development. -

Monitors compliance with Orapuh’s values, policies, and global standards. -
📊 Performance Evaluation
Evaluates the effectiveness of divisions and leadership through periodic reviews.
Composition
The OAB comprises the President/CAO, the Director of Administration & Finance (DAF), and 5 other experienced scholars, professionals, and leaders in oral and public health and related fields. Its members are selected for their integrity, expertise, and commitment to advancing Orapuh’s mission.
Relationship with the CGO
While the Central Governance Office (CGO) manages daily operations and strategic implementation, the OAB ensures these activities align with Orapuh’s mission, uphold academic excellence, and reflect best practices in virtual education and research.
