Both entities operate independently, with their own registration and legal compliance, but they share the same governance, creed, mission, vision, and values, and collaborate strategically where their goals intersect. This structure allows the institute to balance social impact, academic credibility, and operational flexibility. Les deux entités fonctionnent de manière indépendante, avec leur propre enregistrement et leur conformité juridique, mais elles partagent la même gouvernance, les mêmes convictions, mission, vision et valeurs, et collaborent de manière stratégique lorsque leurs objectifs se rejoignent.
