Brand Ownership
“Orapuh” is a proprietary name, identity, and digital brand. The Orapuh brand, including its name, logo, visual identity, website design, and core platform content, is independently owned and controlled by its founders and is not, by default, the property of any affiliated legal entity.

Affiliated Entities
Orapuh operates through, and in association with, legally distinct and independent entities, including but not limited to:

  • Orapuh, Inc., a registered charitable organisation in The Gambia; and

  • Orapuh Concepts Ltd, a registered business entity in Nigeria.

These entities operate independently under applicable laws and regulations within their respective jurisdictions.

Brand Use and Association
The Orapuh name and brand are used by affiliated entities strictly for identification, descriptive, and operational purposes. Such use does not imply ownership of the brand, the website, or associated intellectual property unless expressly stated in writing. Each affiliated entity remains solely responsible for its own governance, operations, liabilities, and regulatory compliance.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property displayed on this platform—including text, design, structure, graphics, and original content—is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No part of the Orapuh brand or platform may be reproduced, adapted, distributed, or used for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

No Legal Partnership or Agency
Nothing on this website shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or legal ownership relationship between the Orapuh brand and any affiliated entity, unless explicitly documented through formal agreements.

Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The ownership, licensing, and permitted use of the Orapuh brand may be revised or formalised through written agreements as the platform evolves.
